DISTRIBUTED ARTISTS/LABELS
Got Beats Records extends our digital distribution to all artists, Recording Labels & Entertainment Companies, beginning 2009. This is to include any genre of music. Our label has over 100 distributors, where we can potentially place your music to be sold internationally. This is for the independent artist, group, or label who have releases currently available, & are building a fan base through live performance, marketing & promotions. The next step is reaching your fans & creating an easier way for them to purchase your music at their leisure. This also provides a cost effective way for you & your company to cut overhead, eliminating filling album orders, packaging & shipping. We also handle all administration for each distributor, giving you & your company more time to focus on developing & promoting talent.
All distribution agreements are exclusive by contract. We also handle physical album distribution, but only the digital distribution is exclusive. We can assign codes to tracks & barcodes to albums if needed. (tracks cannot be encoded for sale without these codes). We handle all shipping once you have sent us your material.There is a $40 initial fee for processing. You keep 70% of all gross income. After your music has been processed, allow 4-8 weeks before your music is placed with distributors. You will receive royalty statements of sales each month with detailed info on which outlets your albums/songs were purchased, gross & net receipts, & payout of your choice (check, paypal, etc.). We will email links (as they become available) to each outlet your music can be purchased at, along with a banner pic for you to link on any website or email campaign.
To be considered for distribution, your music has to be professionally recorded & mastered (at least of studio quality). Your submissions need to include CD's ( CD-R is acceptable), 2 album copies, cover & artwork to be submitted. Also send file of front cover art along with album title, track listing, & contact information. (we will contact you).
